ahahahah and that second video hoooly ... what an utter bunch of ass-fags the 2k-2k3 trance kids are!! maybe not spend all your money on those lame-ass logo effects on your youtube videos and maybe your label would keep a float, no? and just because you didn't highlight the 'actual cost' field with your yellow ing mouse-pointer doesn't make us less able to see that it says $0.00. So off.

If you could please see to it that Pulsar Recordings get these two messages, Trancelover03591, I would be for ever in your debt.

I don't have anything to do with this label. I just receive spam messages from them that is all.

Alfi, did you know the effect they do on their logo is the same one Markus Schulz does on his logo?

The above video is one som1 else posted on this forum and I recognized the copying of the logo effect immediately.

ROFL. The donation campaign saved the label. They are now back 'high in the sky'.

Again, what? I'm talking actual major labels ie. sony. you still can make some money with michael jckson re-pressings, you can't with dance music. Besides, there's a lot of idiots starting labels for the fame or whatever, but I don't think anyone is stupid or missinformed enough to think that he can get rich off selling music by starting a label.

i disagree, If you are a prolific producer, you would be idiotic not to release it on your own label. MOst labels do absolutely nothing. Why you would want to give them half blows my mind.

stock effect. Like sample libraries. They all copied it.

Blade Run was pretty cool, even though its production quality isn't so good.
The rest sucks tbh.

I don't see the point in labels nowadays, with digital delivery being the most popular distribution system, legal or otherwise.

Labels don't make music. Musicians do. I mean why don't you just have a link in your Facebook page to PayPal checkout to buy your track, and
automate the sending of MP3s. Not that I do this, but it's what I would do if I wanted to charge for music. It's better than giving half the $ to Apple/Beatport.

Labels can get you noticed by sites like Beatport though, and lots of people buy music, or at the very least find it there. Like, my first EP got featured in Beatport's new releases and the track Undiscovered on my last EP was a "Must Hear Electro House" track. That wouldn't have happened if I released independently.

Why not? Just pay for placement like everyone else.

I bet they all transferred a 10er.

What that label should do is host a mega dance party. Then they won't have to worry about money for a while.
