| "I don't mean to be disrespectful to any other styles of music but, man, when you hear something lke Afrojack, people think that's house. Everybody has their own personal taste, but bro, that's not house...As soon as you get an r&b vocal in it, it's over dude." - Dennis Ferrer |

Man, why do people have such short memories?
Has everyone already forgotten that only 2 years ago Paris was quoted as saying Steve Angello's House music "was not even danceable and was frankly giving me a migraine."
| quote: | | Hilton asked one of her friends who runs the hotel to change the music and the manager said between emphatic kisses of her ass, “I’ll lead you up to the DJ booth and he’ll play whatever you want.” Hilton repeatedly asked him [steve angello] to play hip-hop. |

“For someone who claims to make records…don’t come into a booth and ask me to play hip-hop and then have your doorman slap me. Or at least if you wanna do that…..don’t moan about it when we all kicked off. Don’t be so ing rude.”
|
So I'm no fan of the SHM's music, but don't ing ask for hiphop at a house venue, with a house DJ, and then a few months later announce your national DJ tour.
Anyone booking her has to be a complete and utter tool and I can't even find the right words to describe anyone that actually pays to hear her play.
Oh, and finally, nice work Afrojack. Dump your pregnant girlfriend to hook up with Hilton. Why - I have no idea. It's not for the sex - Must be like throwing a hotdog down a lift shaft. |

| I have a feeling she will be playing at Supperclub or Colony or Lure or Tru or other places that play pop house...where else again? |

He's a respected veteran DJ that hasn't sold out. I'm sure you know a song or two of his.
He's a rare breed of DJ that stays true to his sound, and he makes a lot of money...he's not a cheap DJ to book. |
