You guys are missing the main point. She is desperate for attention. Giving Afrojack the herpes wasn't enough damage to the EDM community for her, so now she has to DJ to seal the deal.
Her 15/30mins of fame are dying out, this is a desperate attempt to put her back into the spot light. It drives her MAD to know that Kim Kardashian is more popular then her. Remember before Kim, Paris was the #1 most worthless/talentless yet popular person in America. She wants that back.

I’m sorry for all of the Paris Hilton news this week, but in my defense, her life keeps getting funnier. I know, I know – that’s so rude. But she’s Paris Hilton! How can you not laugh when her “reputation” (as it is) takes hit after hit. Yesterday, Radar had a lengthy story about Paris being consumed with jealousy over Kim Kardashian’s superior famewhore game. A source even told Radar that Paris is super-jealous of Kim’s relationship with Kanye West, because Paris was with DJ Afro jack (the dude in these photos) and he’s not anywhere near as famous. This is what the “source” said at the time:
“Adding to Paris’ angst is that attention that Kim is getting from dating Kanye. Paris has been dating DJ Afrojack, but he’s nowhere near the fame league that Kanye is, and adding to that, the relationship has now cooled. He didn’t accompany Paris to Cannes and he didn’t go with her to Las Vegas for Memorial Day while he was working in Atlantic City. Afrojack is extremely busy with his gigs and plays nightly at clubs all over the country, and Paris isn’t going to go on the road with him and be a groupie. Wow, that was quick! Paris Hilton and DJ AfroJack have called it quits after dating for around six months, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
“Afrojack had moved into Paris’ Beverly Hills mansion earlier this year, and the two got very serious, very fast,” a source close to the former couple tells RadarOnline.com. “Paris was really into him and admires the work he has done. Afrojack did a lot of the work on Paris’ new album which will be released later this year. He took a lot of criticism for working with her, but he truly does believe that she has talent. Paris was smitten with him, but Afrojack just wanted to have fun and not be exclusive with anyone. He is on the road practically every day performing in clubs all over the world, and he just isn’t ready to settle down, whereas Paris is.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, 31, is working on completing a second follow up album six years after the release of her first one which sold only 197,000 copes. Paris has been focusing “all of her creative energy into her second album,” a source close to the former reality star says.
“Paris has been working with Flo Rida, LMFAO and David Guetta, and the album should be released this summer,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com. “Paris hopes to embark on a European concert tour to promote the album, which will consist of house music. She knows she has a lot riding on this project because her last reality show was canceled and she needs to do something to re-invent herself. Paris is hoping to appeal to a broader fan base and would love to use the album as a platform for a possible project with MTV. Yes, Paris is a very successful businesswoman, and she is about to release her fifteenth fragrance, but that isn’t enough for her. Paris craves the attention from the media and her fans and she is truly feeling the pressure to deliver on this, because she doesn’t have any other television or movie projects lined up.”

What started out as a breakup story ended up as an ad for Paris’s new album. Which… is just sad. Not to beat the feminism drum for Paris, though, I do wonder about this: “Look, she is still going to clubs on a very frequent basis and she is 31 years old. You don’t see a lot of people over 30 going to clubs, it’s almost sad to see. Paris would love to be married with kids, it’s all she ever talks about, but she hasn’t found her Prince Charming yet and she isn’t getting any younger.” Yesterday, people slammed me for saying Idris Elba should stop partying so much at 39 years old, but I guess I have to say the same thing for Paris – she should stop with the club-hopping and partying to excess. Personally, I just think it gets really old once you’ve hit your 30s, but I guess that’s just me. But as for Paris being “too old” to find her Prince Charming… whatever. She’s only 31. I don’t think many decent, quality dudes will want to marry her, but that’s not about her age, it’s about HER.

I actually spoke to her on Friday, but I spoke to her friend/photographer girl for a solid hour about this after I spoke with Paris.
I congratulated Paris when I spoke to her and she just kinda like said "Ya thanks haha" like if she was rolling her balls off lol
I never gave her the ego boost to ask for a picture with her. I could have, but I would be scum then. lol |
