Eric is my favourite producer on planet Earth. Following the release of his artist album, he has started putting out a monthly podcast. The tracks featured are incredible. Before doing anything else, listen to the first track (an unreleased Pryda sample) on the 6/22/12 podcast. I'm curious as to what you guys think since I'm almost ready to proclaim it my favourite track of all time.

I like it for most part, even though I don't think Prydz haven't done anything really groundbreaking in a while and good to hear some of the new stuff he's been working on.
Wish the podcast was better programmed though |

Really? I think his productions are pure gold. I can't think of a single track that I wouldn't listen to on repeat.
As for the podcast's programming, it's not great by any means. However, I'm listening for the track selection and unreleased samples as opposed to the mixing.
By the way, I've listened to your Patio Music set a few times. It's great!! |

I'm with you man... He's my favourite too. The Podcast is unreal so far. Really loving it. Can't wait to see him this month. |

I was into his stuff a while back but I don't know, his music doesn't do it for me anymore.
There are a bunch of guys doing a better version of the style he's doing IMO. |

I guess it depends on whether we are discussing Eric Prydz, Pryda or Cirez D? I just find some stuff to be pretty stale and think Prydz need some new ideas into his tunes.

Same! I'm super excited for IDentity Festival. And, after dancing all weekend on the beach at Digital Dreams, I'm anticipating another amazing day when Prydz comes to town. |

Identity will be fantastic, and I really don't give a rats ass about the other artists. I just love how Prydz can do both commercial and underground music and everything sounds so unique and... Prydz. My favourite Prydz tune of all time has to be Waves though... followed closely by Melo and Glimma. |

| i've been digging the first 2 podcasts for sure. definitely gonna hit up the ID festival and convinced some friends to do the same. great vibe on the beach for DD, but it's tiring dancing in the sand! |

| he ends the second podcast with one of my favourite tunes of all time, on by aphex twin. nice to hear tunes that old in a new podcast. the tracks don't flow like they would if he was playing a live set but i actually like the variety |

| He has definitely fallen off course. His music is on the verge of cheese now. He straddles the line between underground and mass commercialism. More then anything though, I just find his melodies and arrangements too simple. Others are making that music better these days. |
