| I really hope it is Prydz. Just wondering what is the advantage of keeping it secret? Wouldn't Ruby Skye benefit from promoting Prydz over a 'secret guest'? Or perhaps the deal hasn't settled yet? |

not allowed to b/c all of those dj's are under contract from Identity. any type of promoting could ruin it. live nation are a bunch of corporate suits who don't know what dance music is all about.
Regardless of who is playing, I think it's going to be a great party. Don't know if i can make it as plans are not working out :( I hope it's Prydz but PvD and whoever those other cats could be a possibility too. ... could be Pauly D :eek: But if spundae is involved i'm sure it won't disappoint.
These kind of parties used to be so ing cool. Not knowing who to expect and then BAMMM! |

of course they would bc 21+ people going to id fest strictly due to prydz would rather see prydz at ruby for twice as long of a set as ID fest. thus if id fest has NOT sold out yet, a ruby skye prydz show would be considered "competition". ruby has recently had a couple of dj's play after they had played another venue earlier.
amici pizza boy played ruby skye on a thursday(after tritonal had been slated to play, but i guess they are a tier 3 act) that show was announced close to the actual date, none of this "surprise guest stuff". then kaskade last saturday, that show was initially promoted on a flier as "special guest" but i think it was obvious it would be kaskade since he was playing an early show in sf.
san diego is promoting a speZial gueZt the next day...
Special EPIC surprise guest could have also been used.... if it turns out to be pVD people are going to be PISSED |

do they always post the genre? trance/techno/house/electro house/dubstep/dance etc because if so, then this can't be prydz. |
