Yeah, the most pervasive mistake of the gallant white knight. You cannot fix people. You can learn to accept them, and in doing so truly recognize that they are imperfect as anyone else, exempt from your hamfisted "fixing" as any peer ought to be, or you can rally your support behind their own fixations, powerless to help them in any humanistic manner, and powerful to degrade them in the same cycle you suppose them to be entangled by. Is that what you want, Desiderata? To hamstring people?

Didn't you want to work with mentally ill people? I quote from random thread you said it was a passion. What would be your point in that job. Obviously you didn't get the job. You seem more cruel and probably work with hospice so you can read a book and watch them die as you get paid. |

maybe the fact that he/she i'm not sure of person's gender is aware of these issues and how hard they are to fix even for a professional team of psychiatrists/psychologists and in care treatment , the idea of some young untrained heavily biased person thinking they can change things sort of silly. ing silly.
