Thanks to all involved in throwing this party. We are very fortunate in Toronto have had something like this. What a great time I had all day long.
Also, Matthew Dear gave Footwork a good thrashing last night, wow. Definitely the best set of the day, and one of the best sets of the year. This guy is one of the most talented and consistent DJs out there.
Would love to hear a Roaches, Junkies and Matthew Dear throwdown at Footwork. Their sounds would go very well together. |

overall I am disapointed about this party. so much hype and possibility to be the best party of the summer....
I couldnt get in the groove because the sound was sooo lacking. Why turn it up a notch only when Matthew Dear was playing?
Matthew Dear was awesome and in the groove.
The rest .... was average |

| i came late so i only caught the last two acts, they were great though. i thought lee foss was great, although yes it could have been louder. nice vibe and pretty decent crowd, hope to see more events here soon! |

no competition in terms of vibe/crowd/venue. I was pretty underwhelmed musically all day, partly because the sound didn't reach very far... but Lee Foss... wow.. set of the day. He brought it!! DigitalDreams is a joke in comparison :toothless

Guys we all wanted it to blast it louder...
but the noise police was watching us so we had to play fair.
that way we can do one of these again.
attendance was around 2500 which was great :) |
