| Facebook and texting weren't about for roll calls of yore. They have sucked the life out of the hype threads. |

I'll be there. There is pretty much only 2 DJs I will go out of my way to see...
John Digweed.
Ferry Corsten.
I'll be in KH for most of the time but will have to check out GUV at some point. Just want to avoid Sardines or I'm going to have to Drop People... |

skybar closed around 4 - doesn't bode well for the sunrise set on day 2. i was up there for a bit, caught flipside playing some techier stuff and then he got into some more soulful vibes... not too busy on the dancefloor though.
i thought pvd was disappointing, played some really mainstream stuff which surprised me. ferry was pretty good, the beginning of his set was trancey, then my heart sank when he dropped into some more trouse/electro sounding tunes. he picked it back up though, delighting everyone and finishing really strong. for the last couple of tracks it sounded like the low end was really distorted... hope they solve that for tonight.
not as busy as i expected, although after ferry finished up i went over to guv to see the end of hardwell and it was packed in there. really really hot and sticky compared to the airflow they were getting through KH. i thought the crowd was less sketchy than past years but my gf disagrees.
tonight should be more of the same, except i will make an effort to catch some of dirty south and funkagenda whereas i didn't really care to see laidback luke or hardwell |

DAY 1 Was Pretty Solid. KH was good with PVD Better with Ferry.
GUV was Packed but the Beats were still Banging. Could last so long in there and didnt really want to miss Ferrys Set.
Didnt get a chance to go to SkyBar, hopefully today.
Day 2 I'll def be catching more of the house Room. But If I want that more Tech Feel I should be in Chroma then eh?!?! |

Jaytech and PVD were both good, kept me dancing.
Ferry was ok for the most part, but random dubstepish influence here and there was annoying. Also, did he on purpose call us Vegas, or was it a mistake?
What was that tune that Ferry played that sounds like an army march, keeps slowly speeding up and speeding up.
The government mainroom almost closed with a hiphop (Rap?) tune. That was almost offensive lol. |

You should catch Paco Osuna at Chroma! He's a must see! The only proper techno/house set to watch out for this Labour of Love. It's a mere 1.5 hr set, but he should be good. Let me know how it goes if you end up seeing him. Enjoy! |
