Airwave, not the song, the Artist! What do you think about him? (pg. 6)

So, for those who don't know, although I don't like doing too much advertising on forums, I am putting out my brand new album tomorrow 9AM on JOOF. It features collaborations with good and healthy names of the Trance community. I hope you will like it. It's truly a no-bull and well-balanced album for those who have already heard it. |
Is there going to be a hard copy or digital only?
Looking forward to the party in Brighton :) |

| Had forgotten about many of those. Great tracks. Digital would be sweet. |

For the third parties (D-note and York) well there's nothing I can do, it depends on the original owners of the master copy. It could be anyone today as so many labels went down.
Regarding the old in-house tracks mentioned here...
We're facing one of the biggest and greediest situations courtesy of Sony: the DAT tape.
That thing was supposed to last years, blablablabla... It's just as fragile as my corneas in fact.
We have tons and tons of DAT tapes being recovered by our trusty mastering guy from the golden years, who then transfers to HD, but the guy can't do miracles, when a DAT tape is dead, it is. So I can't promise about those tracks, really no idea if we'll ever get them recovered and if they'll be ok for a release. It's not a big problem for universal to have their tapes kept in a good shape, for an indie label, small structure like ours, it's a totally different situation. |

^ That's a shame Laurent would love to get my hands on those too.
Btw your album is out

Well, the album is badass. Ethnic wailing + lots of acid = damned good trance, in a slightly troubling postcolonial way.
What's interesting is that the album launch in Brighton is for Parallel Lines, and yet this album is simply called Dark Lines, and Laurent has mentioned previously that there'll be two albums launched this month. So I'm left wondering what the sister album sounds like - some downtempo reinterpretation of what we've heard here, perhaps? |

Just bought: At Last, Absolute Relativity, Particles Of Love and Above The Sky 2012. Together with Atlas Winds, Cathedrals Of Hope, Chiricaua and Reset (all previously purchased) i have to say this album is a kick ass!
Plus, Art Of Trance - Stratosphere released today.
Life is good again. |

| This album is pure 90s trance. It's good for the trance loyalist I suppose. I thought it would have more tracks though. He had said that this album would have 27 tracks which I'm guessing we'll see on paralel lines. I miss the darkness l-vee produced in the early 00s, this new retro stuff is great but I wish he would continued with the Attack, Nova, and Body shock guises as well. |
