Wasn't mocking but you're phrasing made it seem like you were looking for a certain type of party (read: bottles/models) that this one is sure not to be. I was being extra defensive, as well, considering the recent early shut-downs of a few parties. Sorry about that. By all means, though, if you're down to party, have a great time, and get lost on a Diggers' journey, then this is the place to be. I wonder what type of effect this natural disaster will have on the party. Halloween parade was already cancelled, Nets/Knicks, Knicks/Heat and the NYC marathon are sort of up in the air right now due to mass transit and power issues. He's in Miami on Halloween and the area airports are closed so he might have to fly to CT or Philly then drive to NY. Any structural damage to the secret location? Still has power?
The only positive I can think of is the fact that the NYPD might be too busy taking care of situations much more important than a harmless underground party so the chances of an early ending are slim IMO.

This is in Brooklyn, right? How bad was Brooklyn hit? I've been kinda caught up in the CT shoreline troubles and haven't payed enough attention to the condition of NYC.

Brooklyn is fine for the most part. Red Hook, DUMBO, Greenpoint, Coney Island and the Rockaways seem totally ed though. :(

The Trenton Transit into Penn Station is really my only option getting into NY from Philly. Looks like the rail lines from Trenton aren't rununing today.
