Basically look 25+, don't overdress, be quiet in the queue, speak some german and then it's pretty random. There's lots of people that get in one day and then get turned down the other. Unless you're a regular there's just no consistency, really.
There's people that claim that the doormen can spot who get's it but that's pretty bull. They gate 3000 people through the thing on a saturday/sunday most of which are tourists and don't know anything beyond the name of the club.
