I've stayed right there before a few years back. You will have to walk a few blocks to make it up to Mansion but you are still in a great area and the beach is right across the street. Some first timers that go and don't know where to book windup booking at like 150th street and have to spend time and money trying to make it to the strip. My first time back in 2007 I booked a room like on 65th street and it took like an hour each time trying to get down to where I wanted to go on SoBe (12th-22nd) for parties.

Ay were you able to buy tickets without an issue? Something with my CC keeps ing up and Ultra can't figure out why. I missed out on Early Bird tickets because of it and now I can't even purchase tickets at all.

I had and sold ultra tickets both years I've been to Miami now.
I kind of regret going the day Sven played now though. The best sets were all that evening.

All I was getting is the server down message every time. Finally one that loaded was that it's sold out in record time. I wasn't pissed tho because I knew it would be like that, last year was the same. So, I got advanced tix for the 2nd weekend.

i never really had any problem with any cab drivers
i actually had 2 madd cool ones. one of them droped me off at the liqour store and waited till i came out and didnt charge me a waiting time or nothing
the other one was one night on the way to space we made him put on a cd, guy didnt even care we were jamming out to some 135 bpm trance ha ha ha
but yea after hearing these stories i will def watch them this year
I remm the time me and rort took a cab, i think we were coming back from space, and we'd make the cab driver pull over everytime we'd see a bunch of cute girls, try to pick them up, obviously get rejected, get back in the cab, few blocks later try it again haha

No I got the server down message for a half hour then left work to get lunch. Came back, still not working.
Then my buddy texted me they were on sale. Almost got Weekend 1 Advanced but then the CC issue occurred. Second time on with customer service, they told me EB/Adv tix were sold out.
Next day I tried General Sale, no dice.
