Studio furniture stuff

I have my main keyboard in front of my screens and since it is a 88 key yamaha weighted, it doesn't leave room for my euphonix mix and artist control units. Right now I have it on the side but what i would like is some sort of free standing shelf that can rotate.
Obviously i won't find this in studio ware but i'm wondering where i should look for this sort of stuff.
I decided to just use the 2 and save the other one for the live room. So it is basically 12 inches wide, a metre in length and 3 inches deep. I want to be able to rotate it so that i can move it out of the way so i can chill on my patio, or rotate it vertially so it is out of the room. Or ideally can be part of some shelf system that can retract into my desk which has plain wood i can drill into.
I also have 2 monitors on the side which i'm trying to find an elegant solution so that they can appear and disappear as needed.
Basically, when i'm mixing, i don't use it. |

here some pictures. everything is kinda sort of temporary. I have 2 racks for the preamps and the patchbay. I want to keep the monitors on the right but have them tilted like the left. And i just bought a new Vdrum drum set and might as well take a pic of my amp collection. right above.
here is a sort of left to right

also, if anyone knows of a good solution for network cables and power cables so they are out of sight. |

I like the little nord area
how are you programming the micro modular I thought you needed OS9?
sorry I have nothing meaningful to contribute |

osx 10.6 Same as the G1. The nord drum thing is a piece of but it was given to me. I mean it is really awful.
mono out
can't edit parameters in real time.
Sounds ok but what is the point if you can't edit parameters on the fly.
Like not even via midi. I really don't ing get this company. They have the architechture built into the G2 for it. They did no work. They already had the triggering technology with ddrum from like the 90s.
The biggest crime is that they have the G2 modular software available. But they cripple it. I'm not talking about the editor. You can go on their site and get the G2 modular right now but they cripple it. Why ? so you will rush out and buy something they haven't sold for years. They could pretty much sell you a G2 VST/AU identical to the hardware version in every way. like that annoys me. ing sell it. They aren't ever going to make another modular synth.
basically a trigger to midi thing that is red. Really ing useless. |

Strangely enough I just started building some rack cabinets this morning to sit a massive 180x90cm desktop which I inherited from my old job because I wanted to have enough room for 3x24" monitors and a USB controller. I'll be posting a photo of it in the studio pics thread... |

Time to get a carpenter in I think. There's probably zero chance you'll find something to fit your workflow.
You can buy very large office desks with inbuilt cable management, so that might be a good place to start and then build round that. |

Richie, re-up the photos to a working image host.
I used to sell this sort of stuff in the UK. I've got a few ideas but I can't help without visuals. Or you could up a video of you doing interpretative dance about it? |

Cool set up. What about doing a raceway for your cable runs. Possibly adding wall plates with network and power connections to the ends of the raceway. Do you have the ability of running the cables through wall? |
