......PVD was god on tranceaddict.....

A typical PVD show would have 30+ pages. Its too bad the TA top 100 wasnt around back then. It would have been PVD, Tiesto, Armin for many years. At least 2002 - 2005. Too bad PVD's sets lost luster

Did you just see him recently and get sad at the thought of what he used to be?

Just being real, there's not a moment when I haven't seen him recently. Seen him 70+ times.

Just looking at the back in black thread and lack of response. I know he has lost appeal I just wished he had not

A lot of our favourite DJ's are losing their appeal as noted by the etastic DJ Mag Top 100 poll results...

I was trying to more point out the Unity for one DJ, it could never happen again, too many DJs / Producers out there for everyone to like one person.

For those who were not around back then, pretty much every TA went out to a PVD show unless they just saw a bad set from him.

A potential known bad PVD set was usually the November show (with the exception of 2005) or any sets at random venues like Cameo, Spirits (hollywood casino club) or other one offs. WMC was a guaranteed good set from 2002 - 2005

Yep but you have to realize times have changed dude, time to embrace the new generation. These has beens are trying to conform to the new sound to stay relevant and it absolutely sounds like . That is probably why I listen to deep house now and enjoy the vibe way better than hearing that Evolution piece of of an album he came out with.

i still havent actually listened to evolution. :p

but man.. i met so many damn cool people at pvd shows throughout the years. some who ive actually been friends with for 10+ years now. thats what i think george is talking about. crazy how a dj can bring people together like that.
Juan Paulino
PVD rules.
