It's sq/ft, not people. 13k, lmao that's getting towards the size of MSG. They worded it wrong. The building is not that big. It'll prob be about D36 size. Prob 1k-1.5k capacity. |

Late to this thread but holy ing !
I'm most excited about a BK Cielo. Two rooms + terrace w/ Matar running the show? DROOL.
Space is pretty interesting too. Marquee is taking out tables and making more dancefloor space - sounds legit to me.
Honestly with 4 possible major new clubs, we're bound to have some hits. My money is on Matar though. |

agreed, hope that opens up asap. Matar knows whats up. Good location too that will def help the crowd stay cool. Would be awesome if they'll be able to play music on the terrace, but I won't hold my breath... |

it says the roof/terrace hold's 700 people
i doubt they would use that space just for people who want to smoke
i really hope that for warm weather they take advantage of it

Well it could be used to chill and drink or eat like every other rooftop in the city. Getting the community board to agree to open air music and then not complain about it is next to impossible. |

looks like they're going to attempt to least have a terrace - otherwise, there's no reason to make that comment. |

Keep in mind the terrace that most people think about is the Miami terrace. Space Miami has nothing to do with Ibiza. The space Ibiza "terrace" is nothing like Miami.
Maybe they can enclose it with a retractable roof that is somewhat transparent to allow music up there |
