you may be right - but how long are you trying to party for man? lol.. i have work on wednesday! i'm starting to drink and party with my friends around 5 or 6 PM on NYE.. a luciano set sending at 10 or 11AM NYD is just fine so i could get home and rest for the day and make it to work on wednesday :thepirate |

coming from buffalo, i go all morning and day, and if JP throws his infamous NYE 24 hour marathon set which us fans are hoping, im there all 24 and probably skipping apocalypse. if not, then i show up at 5am at pier and go to close. no place i love spending new years more than NYC..so many amazing times! im coming for 5 days so im looking to enjoy myself and can take off as needed depending on how crazy i go. |

I doubted Luciano would play NYE for another venue since Pier 94 is a Pacha thing so I checked online and this is up- http://www.kicktickets.com/tbd/4418...-s-eve-2013-tbd it is still tbd so who knows
IMO, DT and Victor are better for that day anyway. DT had Pacha on fire NYE 2009 and Victor killed it 2010 despite the sea of shirtless guidos on the down low. I may have been the only natural female on the dancefloor after a certain point.. My attendance is based on blkmarket set times and how late it goes. The way it closed last year was nice

| I thought I saw somewhere that Luciano is in Calgary on NYE, but that was earlier on in the night I think. I suppose he could take a quick flight here and spin afters. |

| Yeah the Calgary show is not on Resident Advisor. He's going from Amsterdam to Mexico for BPM, so it makes sense for him to stop here on the way. |

ya we do! say what you want about him, but hes the king of the marathon sets and ive never had a better new years than 2005 and 2006 than with his legendary 24 hour marathons. |

the website that shows the Calgary show has a ton of listings for NYE with big djs all showing up in google. its a gig that never was for any of the djs including Luciano.
and i think the Amsterdam gig for him is actually for 'another' Luciano if i'm reading it right...
so basically the only confirmed Luciano gigs around NYE/Jan are BPM and at least one in Uruguay on Jan 5th - all others listed above were deliberately bad info or lazy fact checking or speculation, etc. |

iam still doing the pier party but later on in the day prob like 8 or 9am gonna do blk market before
i already had my ticket before they announced luciano so whatever iam just gonna make the best of it and i would have tryed to do both depending on set times and such
as for size wise, i dunno man iam hearing this place for luciano is bigger than pacha but def not as big as the pier
i dunno if you were there last year but the place is just massive, its like the size of the javitz center
