It depends a lot on your definition of abortion. How many months are we talking about here? What's the underlying reason for the abortion?

| If I'm not mistaken. You can only have an abortion up to a certain number of months. After that month is reached they won't abort the baby. |

Interesting story... I will say since it is a law of around 25 weeks or before that the baby be aborted, then if abortion is what a person wants, and have it done before the 25 week range then we should fall inline as a society and let that be the way. So I'm going to say NO its not murder.
Edit: Just keeping the population down. |

| My opinion, and this is only my opinion, is that abortion is only bad when self awareness arises. Not sure when that happens, but I would imagine you should have a few months. |
