LES is cheaper than some parts of bklyn. It always has been for like a 100 years, ever since the German immigrants first migrated to that area, then everyone and their mother.
There are a few parts of Manhattan that are as cheap as bklyn, and they include some parts of Midtown, Harlem, Washington Heights, Upper West Side from 105th St. and north, and college dorms...
There is more to life than getting high, my friend :) |
