| Magda at story. One of my favs but wtf... Link and the rebelz I no longer support. This at treehouse would have been 15 bucks with no silly door stuff going, link moves to story and now charges almost 3 times as much. I no longer support them and thei r evens because of this. They are loosing touch with what brought them success. Hopefully the pickle can get some good bookings in the future I will spend my money there |

| Yeah, it sucks, but those guys are still doing shows at Treehouse on Fridays. And BTW, this show also features Catz n Dogz. Still a lot of money at 40 bucks though (for guys). |

| Ya whenever I'm in sfl on fri I will still check it out at treehouse ...it sucks sats are no longer. I'm curious as to how they do. 99.9% of Miami music heads have never heard of magda or cats and dogs and the ones that know I would assume dont want to deal with long lines high priced tickets and a strict dress code |

My exact sentiments. Price is higher than I'm used to, but what I don't want to deal with is the doorman bull. Place looks great but I go out to have a good time, not get hassled by some douche in a black suit at the door. I guess we will see when Magda plays since it is the first Link/Miami Rebs show at Story. Underground Story is kind of a joke until I see for my own eyes that its actually underground, not an underground dj with all the pomp and bull of a LIV establishment... |

All good points. I agree. Why would you book a DJ like Magda at a swank SoBe club? I know they're trying to do the underground thing and expand musically, I just doubt that it will work. There's already a handful of places that cater to that crowd, and one of them (Space) is a scene unto itself. There's only so many techno/househeads to go around...unless they think that sound will catch fire and be the next big thing. |

Ticket price has been dropped to $20 plus fees. Discuessed this event on talknightlife and someone tied to the event spoke up. Apparently the door is supposed to be like Treehouse. After that the price was dropped down to $20. I might have to go to this to test the waters out and see what this place is about.

| Check it out and write a review. Good to see they are listening to their supporters, I just have a hard time believing the door policy will be casual. I'm sure link wants it that way but if the owners of story are trying to create an image they won't care and neither will roided up black suite man. |

"underground" and dressing "nice" shouldn't be in the same sentence, iv dressed nice to go to clubs for years, kind of tired of it now. I'm also spoiled living in Orlando and knowing a lot of promoters/door men so I don't have to pay, dress nice, or wait in long lines. I know nobody like that in mia. Kinda takes the fun out of it. |

| Everyone has a different definition of dressing nice. LIV and hence STORY (because it is operated by the same folks) have a different sense of nice than average folks. I also have a feeling that Saturday at STORY is Underground because LIV doesn't want competition on those nights. So what better than booking an act who has no chance of competing with the likes of Avicci and those dudes. Smart move on their behalf to book up the commercial and the underground, IF it's a success they will be called geniuses. |
