Wonder how the acoustics are?

its not a rave unless youre 17 and you snuck out of your bedroom at 10 pm and are waiting for a school bus to pick you and a group of people you don't know up at 11 pm from under some sketchy bridge to drive you to an undisclosed warehouse. Theres usually a Jungle/DnB room, a happy hardcore room, a trance room, a house room and a breakbeats room. The majority of people are sucking on pacifiers and you got to sneak back into your house at 10 am with your eyes the size of pupils.

thats a rave.

going to SHM show starting at 7 pm to 11 pm at the skydome is called....i dont really know what its called. but its not raving

I thought I would not have fun but ended up having a blast. Such an awesome show and even the crowd wasn't too bad. Just a few mashed up kids.

I was leaving work a bit late on Friday night and I was wondering why there was a lot of young people by the GO. As I got on the train all I saw was beer cans in almost every row of seats. So deadmau5 sold 20k tickets for his rogers centre gig and shm sold 60..wow

it was fun for what it was, i always wanted to rave/party/dance in the skydome...

did they show up at guv afterwads?
HappyDude72
I wouldn't call it a rave since it wasn't an underground party),
I wouldn't call it a dance since most people just stand there fist pumping the DJs or shooting videos with their cell phones
So let's call it a party or a pre-recorded concert :-P

lol hey i found space to dance

and to set the record straight with the word rave, these days it means a place to listen to electronic music and trip balls...

if im not mistaken the word rave is used loosely in europe as well

Yeah, I consider every party I go to with electronic music a rave. Whether it's underground and illegal, at a giant licensed establishment, or even just with an intimate group of friends at a cottage, I consider it raving if there's an EDM DJ.

To illustrate, I wouldn't consider going to see an underground rock performance a rave. For me, it's just the music that dictates whether or not it's a rave.
