Jaytech is to A&B like W&W is to Armin?

Same here, I def can't follow the politics and ass kissing.

Would anyone happen to know the door prices for tomorrow?

Think i'll be better off with tickets?

Thanks. Can not wait to hear Jaytech, I listen to his EZOO set on my ipod all the time.

there 12:40, in 1:10, same line door tix and pre sales
no record of will call and no Verizon at all Lafayette & Canal
find hotel hot spot, get order receipt, in 1;25
all that for this small space
inside is glow stick, glow wand central, with the latier having a preference for your face. androom to move barely, even the aimless wandering hand-holding conga line is having a hard time
Pacha crowd on a bad night
music ok as far as it was, didn't do anything for me
got to Sullivan @ 2:20, what a relief felt like a prof coming back to a uni lecture after subbing for 8th grade teacher
much of the crowd didn't even know who was on deck, just there for E.B. and music by whoever.
Beach? w/o me, would have to be some very compelling booking
I think that norin & rad comment showed what to expect
extr. lim. jaytech experience, if I would walk by zoo tent with that stuff from last night spilling out, would prob. be drawn in, only to want to leave after 15 min.
Capriati > jaytech, and not close

Music was OK... but the club was so packed that I couldn't really enjoy myself. Spent most of the night being pushed and shoved in different directions. The crowd was disappointing. Most of them had no idea who Jaytech was or what genre of music was being played. Came at around mid-night, left at 1.30 am. Would have been better off listening to Jaytech's podcast in my room :happy2:

I had no idea Jaytech was that popular here at NYC. Was it a younger neon crowd?

As I mentioned, the crowd had no idea who Jaytech was. They were just there to get drunk and jump around at every beat :whip:

Enjoyed what I heard from Jaytech, really nice flow. The opener was pretty damn good too, I couldn't handle upstairs as it was too packed so I listened to the channeled sound in the basement. I didn't know when the opener ended and Jaytech started, which is a rare thing nowadays, so he kept the tempo just right.

The crowds have changed from what they used to be. Didn't get the sense many people knew who Jaytech was and I didn't see the Anjunabeats t-shirts I would've expected, but hey, much better to see people getting into it in some capacity now, than when some of these parties/bookings were completely empty 2-3 years ago, I would know..

Last night was terrible. Complete night and day experience from Solarstone two weeks ago. I agree with everyone else that the crowd had no idea who the DJ was. They could have had DJ stickyboots up there and the crowd wouldnt have known the difference.

The crowd itself was awful. Seemed like everyyone there was 21-22 (maybe the NYU crowd?) years old. Pushing, shoving and sloppy drunkenness everywhere. The only relief was that the downstairs was opened and music was pumped in there.

For some reason, I though Santos was an underground spot. I was expecting a a dimly lit club with everyone there for Jaytech and the music - I couldnt have been more completely wrong. Is Santos always like that? How did the promoters manage to get everyone out for Jaytech? Free for kids from NYU?

I would love to see Jaytech come back and do a Thursday at cielo.

I arrived around 11:30, will call line was empty so I slipped right inside with no wait time. The opener was was very good, by the time he played Olander's Let me feel I was moving, then he put on some Prydz and I was happy.

By the time Jaytech came on, Jersey shore packed the club and everyone was walking aimlessly and pushing through without much care for who was on the decks, as you guys already mentioned. I found a nice spot by the column where no one bothered me for a while, then I moved on downstairs where there was plenty of room to dance. After Jaytech played Orbital - Halcyon (I wonder what remix was it) I left few minutes later, which was I think around 2am, or 3 if you take time shift into account.

Jaytech played a solid set IMO, I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It had a nice flow and I had fun.

Funny. That is exactly why I went as well.

yea, I was expecting a vibe like the old club love or even Cielo. The vibe was pure college bar sloppyness.
