| I'm actually a bigger fan of Maceo's alias Maetrik. Some Maceo Plex productions are a little too out there. Maya's productions are usually always on point. Should be a big show. |

Should be an awesome time - these two would be the only reason I'd go to Beyond, but I probably wont be going (unless I magically won tickets or something).
Unfortunately I can't make the drive to this show as I may be in LA for a show for a friend on Saturday.

all the reviews I heard were bad.
the two times I heard Maceo Plex (playing as Maetrik) at King King and once in the LA underground for Deeper Moods, he was solid enough, but never great. When Maya Jane Coles played in the LA underground two years ago, she was just solid too. |
