Since this is a forum revolving around a music genre that had its prime in the 90's, I'm asking you what the decade in question meant to you.
So, thoughts?

It was such a long decade... I reckon most of us were teenagers back then, so our perception of the decade must've changed quite a lot. I can't say I remember the early 90's quite well, although that's when I first got into electronic music (it was during the 1990 World Cup, if I recall correctly). All I remember is that the late 90's were something of a Swedish decade for me. This was my favourite film:
And these were my favourite producers:
Not exactly what the other kids liked around here :p

If there's anything I remember about the 90's, it was Eurodance music hitting the mainstream. Artists like Haddaway, Robin S, La Bouche, Livin' Joy. They popularized the church organ sound during that decade. I'm well aware they're not the first ones to use it, but after like a 20-30 year lull, they brought it back and made it work. I still enjoy it.
Oh and collecting Marvel comic cards. I still have the full set of the 1994 Fleer Ultras excluding the specials. It wasn't a card game a la Magic or Pokemon, you just collected the cards because of the artwork, and future value of course.
Aww yeah

The 90's, like 1995: I think the comments at Youtube of the left one explains it and the right one shows it:

I think the only *full* set I had was the '92 Marvel Masterpieces.

Oh yeah, the Marvel Masterpieces series were pretty awesome too. I never did get around to collecting any of those, but I knew a few friends in school who would bring their binders full of cards and show off what they had.

Discovering how to rub one out.

Did people start playing "Magic: The Gathering" in the 90's? For some reason I remember the nerdy kids from high school were addicted to that like it was crack cocaine, but I'm not sure if my memory is correct.
Yes, I can't believe I outnerded the nerdy kids in school and I wasn't part of their clique :p

I played MTG, but that was in the early 00's when I was in high school.
