Who's going?
I'm going Saturday...
.....for those going Friday, I'd like to know parking situation....metro? Ease of getting in....etc.
Here's info from an email I received.....
Important Information:
Arrive early Doors open at 2 PM. The show will start at 3:30 PM and will end at 12 midnight.
18+ Event / 21+ to drink. Fans must have a government issued photo ID.
Go Metro for Free: Masquerade Motel guests ride for free with their concert ticket (on day of show). Metro service available at adjacent Chinatown station. Multiple bus lines stop nearby as well. Go to www.metro.net for more details.
Parking: L.A. Historic Park does not have parking on-site. However, several public lots are located nearby.
Carpool (minimum 4 per car suggested): Fewer cars on the road = less congestion and pollution. Making a better experience for everyone.
Taxi drop off: At intersection of Alameda and Alpine
ADA Seating available (adjacent to Room 101)
Prohibited & Permitted Items: A detailed list of what fans can and cannot bring on-site is enclosed below

Ehh most events have a list like that. It's really up to security and most of the time they let a lot of stuff in. Or people sneak stuff in.
Anyhoo, ditto on Saturday, so Friday feedback is very welcome! :)
I'm really worried that driving is just gonna be a giant clusterf*ck. There's a King's game on Saturday at 7pm, at least it's not the Lakers. That's tonight (Friday). |

Believe it or not, but it's been confirmed through various peoples emails that this is officially a NON smoking event. You will not be able to bring cigarettes in OR buy them inside. I will be smuggling a pack in of course, but what the .
As for parking etc, I am just doing the metro. It's free with your ticket and the Union Station stop is like a block or two away from the entrance. It's too easy not to use. |

2hrs isn't bad considering a cd-r is 80 min, they might do a quick cd switch. |
