It will also be my birthday at midnight!
First time at Toika, so wondering what the entry process is like for ticket holders? What is a good time to arrive if you have a ticket? Dont want to be stuck in a lineup for very long.
happy early bday :)
i asked before i got my ticket and as long as you have it you'll get in no problem. you probably still have to wait in line but if the party is sold out the line will just be ticketholders

There are about 20 tickets left online before the event is Sold Out. There might be a few tickets available at the door but definitely not many, just a few! As hax-a-million mentioned tickets will guarantee your entrance and they're usually pretty fast at Toika getting people in quick.

I wanted to share my review... hope this helps to build the anticipation even more for everyone going:
So it has been a long time since I have written a review about a party I've been to. That's because nothing has really warranted a review in a long while. Last night.....
Guy started off from the start of his set... he just reached out his hand and welcomed you to the dance floor. He got the crowd grooving, but didn't take long to pick it up to the next notch. His precision in the booth, his technical skills, his transitions.... simply amazing. I see now why he opens for Digweed so often.
Around the six twenty mark (i know only because i looked at my phone so I would remember to note this in my review) , the track he was playing made me feel like he was in the jungle, smashing bamboo with a machete. (It kind of had that Layo & Bushwacka "What do you say now" machine gun sound to it, except a shorter and quicker, more powerful sound.)... It just erupted over the speakers and molded with the music. That with the melodies behind it and the non stop beat... the crowd was EATING out of the palm out his outstretched hand.
The last 15-20 minutes of his set were mind blowing. The crescendo of melodies that layered and layered over one an other - the screams from the crowd - the hands in the air - the feet sliding left to right - the smiles. He brought that room to the peak of a musical high and trickled it down to a small whisper.
