So what do you guys think? Will this event be a success and sell out like it's counterpart Tomorrow Land in Belgium?

kind of a unique place to hold the event and I that. There are amazing places all over this country and we tend to forget about them. I wouldn't mind checking this out.

The Atlanta area is a humid as hell in the summer and early fall. Hope it's not hot/humid during the event as there's def bound to media attention due to people getting dehydrated - especially the rollers. If California or Vegas were humid, raves would probably be banned because so many more people would end up in a bad state.

I am just curious how much more power Live Nation will have to influence things because of it being in the US. I am sure it's much more than in Belgium or anywhere outside of the US. I'll buy a ticket, but I am also going to the real one in Belgium, so I won't hesitate to sell it if they plan on half assing it like they did with bringing Sensation over. That was a complete fest IMO. If Live Nation wraps their hands around it, expect nothing but pop star DJ music.

Being 21+ is interesting though. I wonder what the venue capacity is and if they're going to actually be able to sell it out. I don't think it will carry the international crowd quite like Belgium does, as it's a lot harder to get into the US, only so many countries citizens can get in without a visa. Then add into the mix that a lot of festival goers here are young, and the fact that Atlanta has a tiny dance music community without many major neighboring cities, it might be a tough event to sell out.

Facebook also is quite up in arms over this, lol, butt hurt Mexicans that actually thought it was going to be held there because they voted on some fake TomorrowWorld Facebook page and were winning, are all raging now.

Weather should be perfect in sept for the festival.

Why is there so much hype around Tomorrowland? What sets it apart from other european music festivals?

for me, this festival is unique. I feel there is a story thru each dj. the production of the stage is always amazing! something about grassy knolls to roam around.

yes, the main stage is full of commercial type djs but before that existed, it was about good djs. I think they just want to give Pasquale a challenge bringing it over here.

looking at the map, its about 30 miles from atlanta, small roads, 150,000, thats a 5 hour commute!

If anyone attended Counterpoint in Georgia, it's at the same farm grounds. Awesome spot, no hassles from cops, no noise issues. Tomorrow World also takes place the exact same weekend as Counterpoint did last year. Weather was beautiful!

I cannot wait for this.

Tomorrowland was the best festival production-wise that I have ever been to. Nothing really comes close. Been to Wire in Japan, lots of EDC's, EZoo, Movement, Ultra, and Sunburn in Goa. The production in Tomorrowland is amazing and is what sets them apart. Hopefully, Tomorrowworld is something special as well.
