I didn't get that impression that its all fine and dandy there. They just say its not as bad as people think, which is probably true |

Pyeongyang is built on nothing but misappropriated funds, propaganda, and lies. So no, it doesn't count. Half of the buildings you see of Pyeongyang are near vacant and there for show. |
