Makes me chuckle when I see people use it online.

"Thickheaded" is a pretty common phrase where I'm from, and thick is just a derivative of it that is also often used away from the internet.

Nope, I'll be here instead.
Yep, I'll be in the beautiful Hoh Rainforest and North Cascades National Park the weekend/week prior. :)

The previous thread was deleted by somebody who didn't like the fact that a lot of people spoke negatively about it. I created the thread so that everybody could voice how they felt about it, whether they love Tomorrowworld or hate it. But why am I justifying myself to you when it's clear that you're involved with Tomorrowworld in some sort of capacity beyond just "festival attendee"?

One thing I do know is they are spending more money on TomorrowWorld than TomorrowLand. I do not know if this means more production. No idea what all of the construction cost to prepare the grounds the way ID&T has been working at the farms with heavy construction equipment since May of this year.
Also, they are using the TomorrowLand 2012 book stage for the main stage. Most people agree it was the best TomorrowLand stage ever. It would have been nice to get something fresh. I think the general audience that shows up to this event will leave pleasantly happy. That does not mean I will, time will tell. |

Want to check out TomorrowWorld on the cheap? Please consider volunteering with Clean Vibes.
Clean Vibes is looking for TomorrowWorld volunteers! If you are interested in checking out the festival and want to be a POSITIVE part of its operations, join us in "keeping the scene clean." All volunteers receive a weekend pass and access to "volunteer camping" in exchange for their work. Deposits are required, but are reimbursed upon completing volunteer obligations minus a $15 admin fee... So, you'll essentially get your ticket for $15. It's a great option if your curious about the event, but not sure you want to totally invest financially, and would like to get an inside peek into festival operations.
Clean Vibes is a company formed and dedicated to providing high quality and progressive waste management services for large outdoor events with an emphasis on maximizing waste diversion capabilities—or as we like to say we try to "keep the scene clean." Volunteers help us reach our goals by working with Clean Vibes staff picking loose litter up from the ground and ensuring that it gets recycled (if it can be). We have two volunteer opportunities: During Show Volunteers (Fri, Sat, & Sun) or Post-Show Volunteers (Tues & Weds). Post-Show volunteers are allowed to remain on site through their volunteer obligation and receive some meals. ALL volunteers receive bags, gloves, and drinking water while reaping the benefits of working hard and making a difference!
Clean Vibes has been providing waste management services to large events for over 15 years including both CounterPoint (2012) and Echo Project (2007) at the same site as TomorrowWorld. For more info on Clean Vibes visit www.cleanvibes.com

To all my friends asking where your TomorrowWorld wristbands are... and to those who have not asked as well.
It appears ID&T plans on screwing you on the shipping you paid in ticket fees. The original website shown here shows they will be shipped in Mid-august http://web.archive.org/web/20130501...morrowworld.com
If you go to tickets.tomorrowworld.com now says you must wait in line and pick them up at will-call. No collectable treasure chest as advertised and a long line to get the tickets. Got a problem with it, call paylogic at +31 20 2400 643 (open till 7pm NL time which is 1pm Eastern standard time) Monday - Friday
Or try e-mailing

the bracelet activation link is up on the website. if you purchase tickets now ...you will not receive a bracelet. it will be available for pickup at the venue. TomorrowWorld has already confirmed that the bracelets will be shipped soon via twitter.
I'm not worried. :)
p.s
didn't somebody say that TomorrowLanders didn't get their bracelets until 1-2 weeks prior to the show? =D |

I did not ever get my TomorrowLand wristband, however I called paylogic about my wristbands for this and they said they will not be shipping most of the wristbands out. They said because the wristbands ship from Europe and they have not shipped them yet, they would hold off on shipping all of them out. |
