Pretty different situation, IMO, and Mattsanity had a very long history of trolling and suspensions in the past, which helped lead to that decision.
Whether Stephen has racist views or not, it's not really against the rules unless he got really over the top, or started hassling other members with it (admittedly, like he did with EarnYourKeep, but that's stopped now, as far as I'm aware). |

I can't understand how people are so blind to the fact that you can't be ing racist to a white person.
Racism implies a social inequality and when your white-priveleged, cisgendered, straight male ass gets called a cracker it's not racism. You're not being oppressed. You were discriminated against, but that is NOT RACISM.
For the people judging the poor girl giving the testimony, she looks terrified and is likely extremely uncomfortable. The environment is obviously hostile and she was treated like an idiot.
How many times has someone pissed you off and in the context of your friends you said something you didn't mean literally? "If that guy looks at me like that again I'm going to kill him."
Trayvon Martin did not deserve to die and Zimmerman absolutely deserves to go to prison. This is racist, right wing idiots trying to find something to cling to. Blowing a statement way out of proportion,
