was ok. Honestly, if he would of just moved the bass note sounding on the second bar a 16th note back, it would of just been so much better. It just lacks a bit bit of syncopation and there is too much emphasis on the downbeat which is the opposite of grooving. Kinda ed how that little change would of made it really so much better. it would of made the 2 bar phrase more coherent and just more groovy. Actually kinda kills me when stuff like this happens. little oversights that for someone reason people just don't seem to notice.
Ask anyone that plays bass and they will tell you the same thing. Well if they play bass well and are not just rock musicians. Cryo plays bass but he is kinda white. But im sure he would agree. |

| i feel like i should listen to this track soon to understand the discussion. i know his earlier work, always repeatable without getting too boring, whether its a loop of someone screaming call me, or a cheese simple chord/lead/arp or a screaming distorted baseline he has a talent for danceable structure, stupid enough to appeal to the masses, decently low amount of cheese so that the elitist can get through it without womitting and usually with some sort of edge. a good compromise. his best tracks are too hard for the masses though. typical. if a track is popular its pretty damn sure only half decent compared to what their best tracks sounds like. my favorits is "Oliver Lieb Presents: Smoked – Metropolis (Eric Prydz Munich NRG Mix)" and of course "Cirez D – Control Freak". I remember loosing all respect when he did call on me, but well, everyone wants to live a good life after the age of 66 so i cant blame him anymore. I blame humans for their bad taste instead. |

^ Get off your high horse ty, music can be anything to anyone, your generalizations are cringe worthy. I like Eric Prydz but that track in particular screams garbage.
Wanna hear a rant? Kids these day have no education whatsoever in the history of electronic music, they all seem to have attention deficit disorder and crave some inane drop similar to hyped clown music. Seanandroid makes it well. |

lol I said the same thing when I heard Call on Me, funny thing is thats all the chorus is and says..."call on Me", it isn't like he's using steve wins entire song, which makes me feel like he might as well have. Yea, cheese...but it worked. Love the video though /grins |

one of the kids at my work who is really into the newer stuff Skrillex, Deadmau5, etc. I mentioned that I liked a lot of house music and he said "oh yeah like Tiesto? He's the Godfather of House!".
I was speechless lol...
I thought for a second maybe I should school this dude up? Explain the history of house music, Frankie Knuckles, etc etc., but I knew I would be talking to a wall. He's young and think he knows everything about electronic music and doesn't let you get a word in...pretty much exactly what you described lol |

| I thought this song sucked. I heard it on the radio and was shocked that it was from Pryda. |

I hate to break it to you, but you got trolled hardcore. Your answer to that should have been about how great Skrillex was, inventing dubstep and all that. |

I don't think you could know the words "house music" without knowing that Tiesto didn't make it lol. |

| the track isn't that bad. It just has a slightly electro sounding bass and your red flag went up and your brain made the association and you were required to hate it. Its like i bet you could take a track , like something you love and just but a FM growl and all of a sudden, worst track ever. |

This is exactly how I feel nearly every time a track like this is posted. |

| its like i bet all of you say getting blow jobs, right, but you see a girl go down , then you finish , how was it as a guy pops up. All of a sudden, it was terrible. But was it ? I mean at what point did it start sucking. I mean what if they switched and the guy was better. I would say the homo has more experience. That is basically the principle at work. You are all a bunch of closet homos too scared to say you love it. You want to but you don't want to be the first to say it. So you hide in your little closet with your minimal house and all that bull when really , you just want to hear something that sounds like it isn[t a drum loop. fag/ |

Hi all,
IMO great use of effects and well glued together. Repetitive but a great shuffle/groove combination with baseline and drums. Simple, but effective (wish I could cook something half as good)!
