hopw the lines aren´t like at Shponle live, last I was there, wrapped around corner almost half-way to 35th on p 9th, 1h+, and then confiscated even all peoples´ lighters.
really sucked (esp. as last time there prior to that, obummer made me miss a bunch of an event because he was collecting bribes at some bucks-per-plate thing) |

What time did doors open and what time did you get there?
Im going Friday plan on being around the area like 7pm |

Maybe its the thought of knowing what the crowd will be like. Im hoping for the best and hoping my journey wont get ruined by girls on shoulder and 5inch cell phone screens in the air all night, especially since I have floor tix now |

def. later than you posted. I don´t know if Shpongle was an abberation there, I have never been to any other concert anywhere, including at the Manhattan Center, downstairs or upstairs, where they took all lighters away (I walked back out pissed of into sec. area and snagged one from the table later)

this was two years ago, 10/28.
So, just see what´s up.
As for EP, the lines at Roseland where real bad if you got there around 10:30+ (security. where getting about 20 per to cut, I just got lucky cutting in myself), but people who arrived early apparently walked right in.

Based upon last ears Roseland, I´d be excited, thought it was a really good night, seems to have been the general consensus on TA.
I wouldn´t sweat the crowd based upon last year either, can´t see it being a very different mix than last year.
crowded, I bet, youll have a good spot somewhere without issues I´d wager |

I see a lot of people selling tix too, for much less than what they were going for on the second-hand market when this was first announced. Lack of interest all of a sudden? Not too much else going on in NYC on the Friday night..
Anyhow, I'm stoked for this. Cannot wait for Fri night, but agree with all on the hopes of the crowd. Have been waiting for Prydz to come to America for years, and while his Vegas residency's and other shows in America have been somewhat letdowns for me, he's a true legend and not to be missed. Dreams came true when he moved to America for me. |

Yeah, Hammerstein always does that. I had a yellow lighter with a sock monkey on it when I went to see Tiefschwarz/Lawler there in like 2009 and the bouncer lied to me and said he'd give it back after the show. I never saw it again :( |
