| I still make trance or trance influenced music when I have the time to make music. |

| I did a short trance track a couple of weeks back while I was tutoring a kid who is trying to pick up on producing, but that's about it. I usually do random hau5, downtempo, cinematic music and some useless sucky genres that exist only in my head. |

| Wow, a third of TAs don't make trance at all. I say we ban them. :) |

I've been making more and more lately. But it's like a rebranded variety of the prog of the late 90's. It's fresh, it's hip, yet strangely familiar and enticingly hypnotic.
We've (5 of us) already put down the musical guidelines for this new genre/movement, so if anybody wants in on the ground-level yell me out a pm ;). Lol, we even have eight signature patches that will dominate the sound image. 6 of them will be incorporated from the get-go, but two of them are just too insane, so if we'd start out with them we'd scare away the target group :P
Gonna love seeing the youtube kids try to make these sounds on their Sylenths though!
The New Bass Trance Is Coming To Speakers Near You!
*And yeah, we totally have a cooler name than Bass Trance for it.
Just imagine the easiest, simplest coolest name, you know, the kind where you go "So ing obvious? How'd I never come up with that?!".
It's like that. The real deal with balls of steel. Not even kidding a little bit. |

If even a third of TA's listened to trance...
You don't venture far outside the Production forum, do you? :p |

Haha, yeah you do! 2003-04 style floating on a cloud of genericity-trance. That's what you listen to. |

Uh, no. More like 2005-06 style floating on a could of genericity trance. In 2003-4 I was more into Celine Dion. |
