How much trance do you make these days?

Just curious to know if we're all still tranceaddicts, or if we're just dabbling, or somewhere in between. Thought it might be interesting to know how diverse we are, what we're making besides trance, etc.

Personally, I got burned out on dance music for a while, but I'm currently working on 5 songs, one of which is straight up vocal trance that sounds pretty much like 2005 (and I like it!). The others range from a liquid-DnB-ish song, a chill house song, and a couple of downtempo tracks, each one featuring a different vocalist. But, I'm gearing up to do a couple more trance tracks as these get finished.

i use to make trance all the time but these days i cant make it for so ibmake score, downtempo, chillout instead and i fined it suits my style much better.

it's been many years

if I did something now it would be forced and just sound like a cheap ripoff of 2000 era PvD

I never really did more than dabble, then I found the ambient, and now I'm full on back on a trance crusade.

I've been on a house kick, but currently working on a few progressive trance tracks. It's a challenge trying to create something that doesn't sound dated. I inject a bit of house into my trance tracks, gives them a unique sound.

I listen to ASOT every now and then, and what passes as trance these days is baffling. Some tracks are standard progressive trance, others are I don't know what. I thought Trance was dead, yet it seems very much alive.

I just started :), one day i woke up and decided i need to do Trance tracks.

I think it's hard to find a role model these days, the JOOF style is very authentic but has a low sex appeal, there's some really cool stuff on Enhanced records and it has a wider audience but i'm not sure that style is the way to go either.

If you call it trance, that's good enough for this lame poll. Don't worry, I'll factor that into my statistical analyses before the paper goes to peer review. :D

trance died when vocal tracks became "underground". If I where to do a new track, it would probably be an electro house and dubstep combination.
