| I don't know whether Tony Monaco is a retard or not( I never listen to his shows), but I think it's pretty pathetic over analyzing him like that. Usually such behaviour is caused by envy. |

TV stations and Radio stations try to establish a brand. They try to have their brand have "person" characteristics, which differentiates it against its competitors. One of those "person" like characteristics it's own Idiolect.

| I never listen to z103... its crap, all tehy play is the mainstream that i hate... and theres alot of hiphop and r&b between, the announcers and djs r usually terrible too. They rarely play something decent. |
