Need help finding an experienced developer and EDM fan...

God I've missed it here. It's been 5 years since I've been on TA - last username is invalid now - and I'm back wondering if someone may be able to help point me in the right direction, please.
I'm starting a new project that I need help with. It is in essence an online community that I need built - and that will evolve as communities do as time goes on. It is EDM focused, so I am effectively requiring that whomever helps with this be a fan. Wondering if anyone here would be able to point me in a direction to find the right talent to help me with this? A company, a referral, another community?
I've used Elance for large projects before and had very, very good success there. That said, for this, since I want someone that is as passionate about EDM as I am, I'd prefer to look from our community (communities) first - just not sure where I'd start to try and find someone.
Have capital to contract someone, willing to partner, etc. Examples of previous work would be required - all the standard stuff.
Any help would be appreciated. |

That's it. Exactly. In fact, that statement very much resembles the "Objective" part of the business plan.
Need experienced web developers, coders, etc. that actually care about what they're building. Since it is EDM based, prefer people that have an interest in EDM. |

This community? Nothing. Never said there was. What we're developing is something fundamentally different. But I figured if we're going to invest an ish ton of money on development, it'd be nice to spend it - or some of it - in communities I was familiar with or had helped me. And if not, if anyone here had a better place to hire EDM fans than post on standard hiring boards as we've done with other projects.
