| Have you ever heard of Scott & Leon on AM:PM Records??? I heard that they cover "Classic House" tracks and add a ty 2 step beat to them! there is an Electrique Boutique Remix of one of their tracks which I'd actually quite like to hear, to see if it's possible to make anything out of 2 Step e! And have you ever heard the DJ Dee Kline Remix of Mellow Trax "Outta Space"? Okay, the Mellow Trax cover Of The Prodigy's "Out Of Space" is cheese but it is simply a complete isnult to the original 1992 classic to ruin it with a 2 Step beat! I hate 2 Step, I hate it how those who like it slag off trance. I say lock up all the ing bastards!!!! |

i dont usually, the only two varieties of music i will slag off and say are completely and utterly e are UK Garage & Country n Western... the reason? because they take no talent to make. UK Garage especially.. all of the tracks have the same in tatty soft drum-kit... they are worse than PvD for that!! and they all have the same kind of draggin singy vocals that make u wanna stab someone (hopefully craig david)
I will say i dont like other genres eg rock, metal, jazz, classic etc.. but at the same time i can recognise that it takes a certain skill to make these types of music.. i mean i in hate korn and like that, but u gotta admit theyre good at makin the . And at least with metal u can tell from one tune to the next... fat chance of that with garage..

Dont think they would be able to commercialize it too much though, ibiza anthems r about as far as they can get. Kids n adults alike like their pop, lets leave it with them. |

As for trance being played in cars, you rarely hear it cos here in Sarf London this is where it all began :whip:
no i'm joking, but people who have good audio systems in their cars usually play bass heavy tunes to demonstrate the power of their subwoofers. Unfortunately trance doesnt really do that, so it rarely gets played. I'll admit i'm guilty of that too, all i do is hammer out D'n'B. however, when the sun is shining and its a well nice day, its all about uplifiting tunes all the way! :) |

U wanna play some techno that will get your speakers going. Download DJ Rush Live @ I Love Techno 10.11.2001 that will scare off all the rudes that play hip hop for sure. |

Imagine what London's trance scene would be like if it wasn't for garage?
We don't get any garage up here really, most of the local charvas seem to love happy hardcore and like that which I hate just as much. You don't really here that in cars though, charvas can't afford cars unless they "tax" them. |

We all know exactly who we're going on about because so many of us have replied. I know it might be a stereotype to describe them the way they dress and what they drive etc, but we all know and recognise it from where we live, so the ******s def follow along to adhere to a type, or for status, like a uniform almost. Anyway, it ing sucks cock. |
