Taub,
its me, the one gino that people were getting along with in there. Tatgirls friend. Thanks for the song id's i was going nuts. A memorable moment was when me and u and mauro were freakin out to josh winx- freak. That really rocked. Hope to see u guys (rubyrive)in montreal. Im trying to find another track, Tatgirl said if anyone will find out its u. Counting on u bro! Thanx man! Mauro Forever!

WOW!! WHAT A NIGHT!!!:D:D:D
the BEST party i have ever been to!! Mauro’s set was sooo sick and the crowd was amazing!!! i have never been to a party where so many people were smiling and dancing and having such a great time! and everyone was soo nice…i was so spoiled on friday that on saturday in nyc (it was a good crowd for nyc clubs) i wanted to take the majority of people out minus the ny TAs.;)
it was sooo much fun to meet t.o. TAs, thank you sooo much for making the night so special!!:D a huge thanks to nat for getting us in right before the torrential downpour, it is so much fun to party with you, i really hope to be able to make it to montreal. durafei: you are the first person I have met that shakes their head like me:tongue2 what fun!! swamper: nice seeing you again, and you can dance too!!! time2burn: i’m glad we got to meet before, no during, but after!;) nightcreature, trancearmada, at a loss for other screen names but i know who you are…i can’t wait to party with everyone again!!
i’m now a technoaddict…matt (taub) has had a huge influence on me. plus 9 hours of getting my a** kicked by Mauro didn’t hurt either…i have never danced so hard in my life! Mauro makes me :crazy: and now i’m dying for more…
i really hope that i have the 14th off of work (columbus day in the states) because i want to go to montreal so badly!! but if i do, i probably won’t go to ferry at the guv because two nights in a row like this past weekend was pretty tough. i logged 66 hours and of those i drove 17 and slept 2.5. i feel as if i got ran over by a tractor trailer, advil doesn’t even help haha:stongue:, and i have completely lost my voice. but it was so worth it, i wouldn’t have done it any differently!

btw, after Mauro’s set at arc, we had a chance to meet with him again. matt gave him a yankees jersey with PICOTTO and the number 1 on the back, Mauro loved it so much, he put it on and gave matt a huge hug! all ny tas were just about in tears, but no one had a camera. Mauro signed all of matt’s vinyls, and then he had a drink of water out of MY water bottle. and then, on sunday night, well, i’ll let matt tell….;) |

Oh yeah!! Mauro Kicked Ass!! It was very nice to hear his stuff...most of it new to me tho.
I also enjoyed meeting all of the TA's there that night. I enjoyed myself partying with E*Master, Mecha, TranceArmada and chilling with Durafei and his friend. :)

The music was awesome, I love that !!! But my body pays for it later.

Im glad too see there are so many excited and positive people on this board, its a pleasent break from the negative UK market.
Mauro and Jake (His manager, the small scottish guy) loved NYC and Toronto and im sure they will be on to thank you when they get home.

3 days after and I'm still feeling so good about Friday night; well mentally and emotionally at least, physically I'm still wrecked.
I'm sure you can all relate how a great night out with great people can lift you spirits up for days (even weeks) afterwards. Unfortunetly, it does not happen all the time and for me lately it takes a very special night. Well, Friday WAS that special night.
It wasn't just the fact that Mauro totally blew the roof off System. Not being one who knows his techno I wasn't all that familiar with the tracks but it didn't matter. The energy that he created along with the energy the crowd created was incredible. His bulid-ups were long and complicated and when they dropped everyone went mental. It has been proven to me why he is the cream of the crop and I can't wait to experiance Picotto style again:).
And although on a normal night just Mauro's set would make me happier than a clam in a bucket of sand it was only part of the night. It was the vibe in there that also did it for me. The crowd was goin nuts all night I especially liked when he was raising Nat's Picotto plate i was grining from ear to ear :D <-- just like that. It was also great to see so many familiar faces smiling having a great time too. You guys are what made my night special!
tatgirl - Thanks for the xtra spot on your list always appreciated and you saved my sis mucho dinaro :p . And great as always to chill afterwards even though you've created a monster :haha:.
It was great to meet Rubyriva and Taub it is amazing to see people so ethusiastic to trek all over the east coast to experiance this night. I wish I partied it up with you guys in the front but I was too busy being everywhere else. You better make it to Ferry next week or I'll cry.
StereoPrincess and Gamma great as always to yap it up with ya's. Iris and I got our biz done on Sunday as the party didn't really stop until Saturday night :rolleyes:
Articboy! Its ALWAYS a great suprise to see you these days. Look forward to the next time... Maybe you should warn us!!!

| First time seeing Picotto and He was great!!! The whole night was great actually. Didn't have to wait in line and the bartender gave me back $16.25 for the $5 I used to pay for my water. The place was crowded but it was tolerable. We found a good spot to stand in, although it was nowhere near Mauro but that's okay. Didn't see many TA's except for Time2Burn, Arcticboy, XTC Totalle, and Swamper. Can't wait for Corsten........see you all there!!! |
