Insomniac presents
Both products of Sweden's techno scene, Adam Beyer & Ida Engberg join together for Inception at Exchange this January! Synonymous with all that is exciting about techno, Adam Beyer has a focused approach to his craft that has established him globally as a cutting-edge DJ and producer. Joining him is Ida Engberg, an internationally recognized talent and lover of stripped back, sweat on the ceiling tech-house and techno.

Just Adam and Ida? Nobody else on the docket? If not, is it safe to assume we are going to be treated to a "somewhat" marathon set?

Someone other than them two will open and close, my guess is:
opener 10 - 11:30
Ida 11:30 - 1:00
Adam 1 - 4:30
Closer 4:30 - 6:00
Unfortunately LA is not blessed when it comes to extended sets, especially with this type of music. Either way, EXLA doesn't announce set times, so we'll just have to wait and see. |

Really? The times that I've heard where both Adam and Ida were on the same ticket, they played B2B.
This is a Drumcode party. I'd be shocked if the estimated set times you listed was true. I'm hoping they do play B2B = extended set! >:P |

| Actually I just got word from one of the head promoters and Adam Beyer will be playing until close, for at least 5 hours. There will also be some b2b action. |

I ***KNEW*** there was a reason why I had my hands clasped together! Adam going on for only anything less than 4 hours would have been a waste!
Now, throw in Paco Osuna, Victor Calderone, and a terrace, and it'll be Miami Music Week 2013 Closing Party at Space all over again! That party was insane! >:P |

This is not true. I throw parties with extended sets every time and there are plenty of other promoters who do as well. |

as busy as i've ever seen it.... 5 hours of dancing... left at 430am and Beyer still going strong! |

i kinda disagree. you just need to be in the know.
we had IDA ENGBERG's LA Debut 4 years ago at INCOGNITO, and even then, she spun for 4 hours. I actually think for this kinda of music (which we espouse), since its more underground, its ALL long sets, at least for most of the promoters. |

| Yes, exceptional night! Ida was on when I got there at 11:30, Adam came on at 2 and closed it down at 6, took pics and greeted everyone at the end...very down to Earth guy. Probably the best night of music I have heard so far this year in LA. :D |
