I was actually going to start a thread like this other day when I noticed the same threads and no new replies after like 4 days.
Social Media is killing forums and killing this place hands down.
Sucks because this place used to be fun, now only the "what happen to WCTA" are the threads that get posts here and there.
I remember the good old days of everyone picking on Billy because he's such an easy target.

People like social media because it's where everyone can agree on whatever they say.
Rarely do you see debates on there, and people like feeling like they are right even when they are not or it's something retarded.
Like the hot chick that thinks she's brilliant because every thought she has all 4645 dudes that want to screw her "like or comment" on her post. Or the 18 year old selfie queen that has 10k followers and drives her parents old busted up 1992 Toyota Celica.
But I'm sure that's not the only thing killing forums, but I bet it's a big part of it. |
