This is more or less true. Keep in mind that Andy Blueman is someone who is very interested in symphonic, orchestral music and I wouldn't be surprised if he spent many years training to be a composer, so don't feel bad if your songs aren't sounding like his...he's more likely had more practice. I for one, can't compose classical music to save my life...

I'm not really into uplifting trance enough to give you any useful advice, but I agree with Viber - that track is pretty cool, regardless of what you were aiming for!

Where the hell have you been hiding, dude?

There was a particularly eye-opening moment I had here after some harsh criticism toward of my WIPs and I almost instantly lost interest in producing trance or even listening to it. I've lost count of the number of half-finished projects I've abandoned since then, I just don't have any ideas or inspiration for the sort of trance I've spent all this time making, especially now that I never listen to it anymore.

Gave me plenty of time to practice guitar, at least, and recently I've been trying to write more experimental electronica and incorporating my guitar playing and other influences into it, instead of continuing to beat the dead horse that uplifting trance is to me at this point.

I guess doing something exciting with music again made me miss this place, so I've been lurking more and more lately. Nice to know you still remember me man, you left a comment on my song September almost 2 and a half years ago and to this day it's one of the proudest accomplishments my music has ever gotten me, I still think about it sometimes. Hopefully I'll have something to show off again soon.

I don't understand why some of you consider Blueman to be the epitome of Uplifting Trance, personally i find his music overbearing and i'm a huge uplifting trance fan.

Kysora, you made a pretty good track in "September" , you should have continued doing your thing.

DERIVATIVES
amebic |-bik| adjective.
ameboid |-boid| adjective
ORIGIN mid 19th cent.: modern Latin, from Greek amoibē ‘change, alternation.’
