I've listened to most of the ones I missed back to back last week, they're still consistently good to such an extent that I don't feel the need to analyse them all individually to be honest. I just put them on and enjoy them. Point being that although I don't have much of interest to say about them I thought I'd leave the word here anyway to show my gratitude.

Really nice mixes, Jack...been working late at night a lot lately and these mixes are the perfect soundtrack to that.

In my case at least the lack of response isn't any indicator of the quality of your work.

Cheers guys. I don't expect detailed reviews because a lot of these were done pretty quickly under a lot of duress, and the level of thought that goes into them isn't the same as my other mixes. It's nice to know people are following and getting some good use out of them.

Late as . The Feb 2 episode was really good. Had a kind of drizzly, overcast afternoon here today, so it set the mood nicely. I prefer longer mixes for this kind of genre, but you have a 1 hour slot, so what am I gonna do? :p
SYSTEM-J
I didn't realise you could get drizzle in Australia, Stu. Cheers though. I'll probably do another one is a similar stylee next time - finding loads of great tracks in this style right now.

Dom did this week's episode, featuring some highlights from Aphex Twin's recent Soundcloud dump:

The Tallis Scholars and Peter Phillips - Miserere [Gimell]
user48736353001 - 4 Red Calx[slo] [SoundCloud]
user48736353001 - 19 [Slo]w early morning clissold sunrise [SoundCloud]
user48736353001 - Sams car [SoundCloud]
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Dead Flag Blues [kranky]
Stars of the Lid - December Hunting for Vegetarian face [kranky]

Forgot to post the latest one on here. It's yet another slice of deep/dub/ambient techno.

Doyeq - Frame [Subspiele]
Advanced Dreams - Leaving Islands Of Memory [Lantern]
Doyeq - Horse (DP-6 Dub) [Slowdance]
Echo Delta - Hologram [Cold Tear]
Clubroot - Birth Interlude [Lo Dubs]
Fennesz - Pallas Athene [Editions Mego]
Warmth - Drift (Advanced Dreams Remix) [Tehnofonika]
Echo Delta - Exospan [Cold Tear]
Global Communication - 5.07 [Dedicated]

Cool, grabbing this too. I really enjoyed the last one in this style.
Sushipunk
Thoroughly enjoyable, just what I needed after this week.

Again, the latest mix is awesome. This series deserves to be on a major radio station IMO.

Great job so far on this radioshow :)
SYSTEM-J
Haha, I think you're blowing a bit of smoke up my ass if you say my bumbling voice-overs deserve to be anywhere near a major station. Cheers though.

:haha:

Well I wasn't talking about the voice-overs. More so the quality of the music being selected and mixed :p

I had to do this week's episode in a real hurry because the guys running the station all went to Bloc festival this weekend and the deadline was Wednesday. This is mainly about showcasing some music by the artists who'll be playing at our upcoming live event this Saturday in Bradford:

Rough Fields - Wessenden Suite, Section II [Bomb Shop]
worriedaboutsatan - I Am A Crooked Man [Gizeh]
Jon Hopkins - Fading Glow [Just Music]
Four Tet - Parks [Domino]
Loscil - Shallow Water Blackout [Kranky]
ASC & Sam KDC - Cesium 137 [Auxiliary]
Richard Skelton - River Song [Type]
worriedaboutsatan - All Things But You Are Silent [Gizeh]
Rough Fields - Cascade [Bomb Shop]
