I am fairly young, which is why I'm so in touch with what post-modern feminism truly is. I used to spend quite a lot of time on tumblr, messed me up mentally and now I'm basically a hermit. Never knew that kind of insanity was so widespread... :nervous:
If you want a look at what feminism is, just check out the facebook pages Exposing Feminism and Professional Privilege Checkers Inc
Somewhat funny cringeworthy stuff there, but there's a point where it'll just make you want to blow your brains out after you realize how many freaks of nature are allowed to be influential members of society. |

| Boo, formatting. If you paste it into Word, you can ctrl+a and then 'Sentence case.' the whole thing; I thought it was extraordinary in its explanation on why language and thought matters so much when it comes to these sorts of things. |

Radical feminists just show their breasts or are imprisoned for throwing concerts in churches- oh nooo! |
Are you referring to Riot? I think their persecution was more for speaking out against Putin than gender issues, but I could be wrong. |

No, I think that's a good point, but I was just being facetious with my example because I so seriously cannot think of any instances of 'radical feminism' deserving of the same scorn we tool the word 'radical' for when applied to other groups of people.
Radical Muslims in Nigeria kidnapped hundreds of school girls. Radical feminists hold signs and think thoughts!!! It's just an insidious and disingenuous way to brand people, and the way that language is used has -perhaps obtusely- a great deal to do with how the dialogue drives policy. |

| "Life" in this "society" being, at best, an utter bore and no aspect of "society" being at all relevant to women, there remains to civic-minded, responsible, thrill-seeking females only to overthrow the government, eliminate the money system, institute complete automation and eliminate the male sex. |

| He's non-quoting a noted mentally ill person... I don't know, as a response to my wondering about examples of radical feminist philosophy manifesting in anything near dangerous ideology? She is a poor example. |

It wasn't a response to anyone, it was simply what I remembered about feminism, and thought she deserved a mention. Surely you don't think I'd think what she'd written was anything near dangerous ideology? |

| I think that some causes tend to attract fanatical people that in the end steer its direction far away from its otherwise legitimate intent; this being one of them. PEETA is the next that jumps to mind. |
