HAHA.. oh ... why'd i say rank 1?
i meant whatever label gouryella is on.. i'm guessing its one of ferry's labels or something... sorry for the confusion...
so i'll rephrase the question. won't you get in trouble if ferry corsten hears your remix? |

Let me also tell, that Ligaya is an extremely hard track to remix. I cant explain why really, you have to try it yourself.

i tried.. and i found it impossible (yet)..
first there is the problem you just cant beat the original (everyone has got to admit that, the original is just 'totally finished')
and then i have a problem that for some reason my melody is not a normal '32/64/128 steps' melody:conf: so i dont know how to play it twice after eachother without sounding crap heheh (i guess thats just me or my midi file:p)
but to get back to your version..i like what you did with it..finally a remix thats totally different. like a remix is supposed to be.. thats why h&h remix shouldnt have to be made..its almost a copy of te original...but then worse:p (although its still good hehe)
as you already said..not your best work, not your most original either..but yup..its good..very good (Y)
keep it up!;)
john
ps what does fery think of it? has he heard it yet? (/me is helping endre:D) |

Actually to be precise...
The actual copyright holder is Purple-Eye and the label which it is firstly released on is Tsunami which is a devision of Purple-Eye founded by Ferry and two others. CodeBlue also own the copyright to press all Gouryella songs for UK release if they wish to do so, or until they sell the licence on. |

| _AMAZING_ remix.. Nice job :) |

| Vizay |
ok this is good, I like it :D
only one thing bothering me with it, the main synth (the rank-1 type) sounds a bit to lame on the higher frequencies (spelling?)
raise the high freq so you get a little more sting into it...then it would be perfect (at least in my ears ;) )
ohh and btw. have Mr. F heard it? :D |

I think this remix is awesome. I agree with Vizay though. On my Event PS6 Studio monitors your lead synth sounds a little muffled.
Excellent work Airbase, I hope you get the rights to press it. |
