off the board, came looking for some rave review of the AME set, only to find, it wasn't even posted here, damn.
remedied...
All I can say for that 5h set:
AME should be spelled with an N!
or to quote a txt:
"wow, some of the best music I've heard in a while"
and that's coming after that killer HC/GJ, and still not saying too much.
Fitzpatrick and Capriati are no slouches, but it seemed standard after p-room.
btw, this must have been one of the worst GA lines ever at Output, at midnight, the line was horrendous, kids that were maybe still 30 min plus from front of line, had been waiting for 2 hours already.
Capriati closed at 7:30, and it was still packed inside then, damn, fullest and latest ever seen I think...
overall no complaints, though to quote again, sort of a "gross" crowd
(on roof just before the AME set, 1am, was asked when AF was coming on. "Oh, at 2? cool, we can chill for an hour". yeah, you do that...!) |

might very well be the best set i've heard in new york all year. kristian absolutely CRUSHED the panther room. unbelievable display of world class DJing.

| Dope tracks, But does anybody else think that caribou track is super cheesy? I love ToU and mano but fuuuck that track was not the best for them to remix. It sounds like something diplo or any of those half- assed DJs would play. Idk that's what I feel |
