here's some more feedback from RA, common refrain, lol:
[if you care to see from whom, check there]

------------------
Don't ever go to this place is pacha NY 2.
I bought two tickets for tonight and the door man don't let me in. Hahahah I been around the word clubbing and never happens this . People stay BK output and other club this is manhattan . space NY. I gave one year of life. Long live the king(output)

--------------------
Space Ibiza NY certainly has the D36 and Pacha vibe/crowd. If that's your thing, then you'll like this place. I'll be back only if there is a can't miss DJ set. I didn't have issues getting in but if you go make sure and dress well. The bouncers certainly check your attire.---

---------------
I was lucky to get in by pretending I was part of a birthday group that had a couple friends I randomly ran into. Before that, the bouncers were not letting ANYONE in unless they had a: 1) college style high girl to guy ratio, 2) would pay $4000 for a bottle 3) were willing to "pay more" even though we had tickets.

Bouncers would come out and basically say "GO HOME, NOT TONIGHT. TRY AGAIN NEXT WEEK. GO HOME. TRY AGAIN NEXT WEEK" as if luciano would bet here next week. This was at like 12:15, mind you, and in the pouring rain. They were also sending people home for being "underdressed" aka a black tee shirt and jeans.

Once inside, it was kind of a whatever-bleh vibe until around 4 AM, when they opened up the windows on the "terrace" and luciano started playing a little more out there. From 4-6 the vibe was actually great, and I walked out having enjoyed myself during that time period. however, I'll never ing go back here unless there's a can't miss set, or until I hear they've ironed this out. It was ing atrocious

this shows, they were just making this up:

early on it was OK for ticket holders to come in with the warning, but later on, they pretty much refused tix. period, and only gave the warning to those paying up.

They're standards just increased in 2h?

It's all to do with money, and cheating the ticket buyers in favor of more door cash, and the bribes to pocket

did you get a refund?

I am a DJ groupy.. hahaha

If a DJ comes who I adore.. I will spend the $$$ to see them..
Space, Pacha, etc etc.. I know they all suck in some aspects... but the DJ is what I go there for.

I know the last thing to say is that I would spend $$$ on a bottle at a bull venue... But the fact is... I was just trying to warn the majority of people here, expect a disappointment unless you get a bottle... which is not necessarily true anywhere else.

It boggles my mind that they were turning people away with tickets!!!
Are you serious... ??? If ever there was a way to discourage future ticket sales.. that would be it!

So sad this place is so poorly managed. I think they just have too many managers and owners... one end doesn't know what the other end is doing.

Anyways... I gotta go and start looking forward to cityfox this week! :)

it's actually funny, like you can't take it off inside to show your "this club is " t-shirt.

The bouncer actually told one guy to button up his shirt, when he did, except for top one, bouncer told him, all the way (looks so good without a tie...)
yup, you couldn't unbutton it inside.

It's all the rage

I thought this was Space "Ibizia" New York.

Just got back from THE REAL Space Ibiza and the tiny ass bottle service area was empty.

What's with that little island of manhattan that makes clubs suck so much? Is there a strict hiring union for doormen that didn't make the cut as WWE wrestlers or fashion police?

I've never seen Luciano wear anything but a tshirt, he couldn't make it into his own party at Space if he wasn't spinning.
kingchinc
I personally find the skip, flex, jump guido "dance" circles very entertaining...

OrangestO
Sounds like Space "Ibismal" New York.

That's a shame, though. Sorry for you guys and gals.

Haha, good point, I'd thought the same, without making the L. connection.

And thanks for that hipster pick.
If you know where that shirt can be had, lmk.

I hate dressing up for anything, costumes are so confining.
But that shirt will be great for the next time I need to dress up, my costume will be:

"clothing to make you vomit"

--just atrocious.

And what is it with the grooming here?
Al Sharpton hair, but doesn't know how to shave?

Neonbeats
pssstt, that's Dixon
PvDoBseSSioN
the biggest cluster of all will be saturday with king dbag Tiest0r!
