I don't have a job. I'm an employer. Setting up a business here is much easier if you have the know-how, and contacts. Subsidies and a much lower tax burden/salary burden make it much more attractive.
Canada only gives free reign to large corporations, small to medium businesses are handicapped in this respect. 15% import tariffs + capital gains tax on top of this make it only slightly profitable. I hold a European passport as well, and some countries are much more competent in encouraging any type of investment/job creation.
I'm sorry you find it sad that I reproduced, as I'm sure that your parents can relate every time they send a grown ass man an allowance. It must suck having a brother that you deem ty, outdo you in every single aspect of life.
If crusty socks could have babies, I'm sure you would be bigger than octomom.
Every time you parents send you your Hungryman budget for the month, I am sure that your dad wishes he took a more Peter North approach to lovemaking.

Yep, I come from privilege, and I have led a spoiled life, why should I feel bad about it though? I mean obviously you have no problem going to a third world country and exploiting the labor market there.

| On an actual on topic note I finally sent an email trying to get out of my current publishing contract. Hopefully they see the benefit of a simple cut and don't want to deal with the large amount of money they'd owe to gain full IP control. |

No, they are; however, that particular market is principally dominated by one firm (Tim Horton's). There are a handful of other players (Starbucks, Robin's Doughnuts, Coffee Time, Country Style) but they are pretty insignificant in terms of total numbers and all serve terrible coffee. If you want good coffee you have to make it yourself or drive to the horn rimmed glasses and neck-beard section of whatever town you are in and get your lazy ass out of the car. |
