Tiesto is in Montreal on Friday the 13th, so logical assumption would be that he is coming down here on the 14th, Saturday... Now that's what we need in this city, somebody that will blow some up!!!

Ive seen Tiesto twice, and he didnt disappoint AT ALL!
I like his style now even more than b4. Sure he used to spin nothing but classic trance tracks, now hes spinnin solid trance and fusing it with wicked techno. Ill be there......and he WONT disappoint |

| Well I just got back from TO (5 hour drive...little sleep...ahhhh) and my friends and I had a blast. This was our second time in your city and we can't wait to come back. Our first time was last week for Ferry and we were excited to see how different it would be this week. The atmosphere at Kool Haus is great. A little cold but it comes in handy later on. I was surprised at the small crowd but I understand that October has been pretty busy in TO and the tickets weren't cheap. However I was happy with all the room to dance. I had so much fun. I'd seen Chris Fortier once before in Pittsburgh and I enjoyed his set a lot. I was a little disappointed that Sasha didn't start until 3 but better late than never. His set was beautiful but I agree with others that the crowd wasn't into it. I was honored to meet Del (thanks for grabbing my friend who was wearing my TA shirt.) You were really cool and I can't thank you enough for all the work you put into this great site. I met some other cool people as well and you made the night more enjoyable. That pretty much sums it up from my point of view...I don't like to be critical because I appreciate every chance I get to enjoy music. Not sure when I'll be able to make it back but I'm sure I will not be disappointed. Peace. |

Well, I just fixed my PC fan so I can now post my review.
to start this off I got some advice for any of you part-timers working:
DO NOT!! EVER!! go to work Friday night till midnight, work again the follwing day at 10 AM until six and go to See an EVENT then go to work the morning after that. I am CRUSHED! I am tired to the point where I am driven MAD (should have seen me at work today lol). Don;t do this plz. Take it from the E*Master, don't make ur workschedule like that.
From waht u can tell I was kind atired going into sasha with only 4 hours of sleep from, at that point, 36 hours.

First of all I am open minded to all styles of electronic music including Prog. I Like Prog, Dave-Seaman-type-of prog. Ilsitened to fortier for 3 hours. it was aiight for the 1.5 hours but then it started to BORE the out of me. No offence to any prog heads, but I was falling asleep to his set. All I could hear for 3 hours was "BOOM BOOM BOOM TICKA BOOM BOOM BOOM TICKA BOOM BOOM BOOM TICKA" U get the idea. I will give Fortier the benefit of the doubt and blame the sound system but nevertheless his set sounded to me liek he was playing the same song for 3 ing hours. Once again no offence to any prog heads. Having the feeling of falling asleep flat Trancekitten and I proceeded to go to the bar and get some "Wake-up" juice, which in this case was "pure source". Yes it did wake me up as sasha was spining but event he source nor sasha's cool beats could save me form the toxic combination oflack of sleep and Chris Fortier. Just ask Armada, Trancekitten and Infinity high, I was YAWNING thoughout his whole set. Dave seaman played a 400 billion times better set with Prog than this dude. sorry Fortier but I will not be seeing you again. I don;t udnerstand why they had such a horrible opening act for him + I was under the impression that Sasha would spin @ 1-1:30. Maybe he was tired and really did not feel like spining much.
It was great meeting all you TAs, including Sven Vath aka Halo20 lol. thanks for the pic, I will post it later :D. As well as seeing Tatgirl, Jazz, sterio princess, and many many more of u. This was actually the highlite of the nite for me was the pics we took of all of us n that corner of Koolhouse. Anyhow, Iwill post more later after passing out wihich will be right about....
