Each one has their place...
If you want stuff just to work and focus on making music, OSX.
If you want to use lots of free 32 bit only VSTs on a cracked version FL Studio and tear you hear out every time you need to mix another signal from USB, Windows.
If you are poor / have too much free time Linux.

That is until your FireWire just decides it doesn't want to work anymore :(
I'm trying to sort it atm but if I can't the biggest kick in the stones is that the warranty on my mac ran out 7days ago. :mad: |

Oh, and as for cracks, nearly everything you need is available for mac (ahem, but we don't condone that sort of thing here). |
