I've reported a bunch of stuff, the only thing that's ever been dealt with is spam. Juan's egregious sexism and homophobia has been left.
I have a pretty thick skin. Not everyone does. Consider how leaving that crap around makes other people feel. |

Don't bother using the report button, honestly just PM Stu - he'll sort it out.
As for Juan, he's been given "passes" because basically it's come from immaturity and he's always apologized.
Having said that, judging by this and other threads at the moment:
Juan - this looks to be your last chance. I by last chance, I mean all your alts. It will take one of us regs less than two posts to figure out a new paulino alt so for the last time, take heed.
It seems the community has had enough and you've probably been given more chances than anyone else on this forum.
If you make one more sexist, racist, homophobic or anti-semetic comment on here, or mention Melly, that will be it. |

I wasn't speaking or suggesting about banning members! I was suggesting how to make this music making forum more about music making :crazy:
I have read posts where many people here are frustrated that the actual topic/question gets lost under totally off the topic comments. As you know, I am new user here, but what I have read + what expression I had after reading some posts is that people are a bit frustrated for the "free mentality".
I mean there still is the free forum where those off-the-topic comments could go. It could be nice option - when someone post totally off-topic comments, the comment can be reported as off-topic-comment and it is NOT deleted but re-directed to the off-the-topic post. So people could go and fight their fights under there. And the real question post would be dedicated to it's topic.
Does that make any sense to you?
Or am I wrong about people being a bit frustrated time to time for those huge overloads of off-topic-comments?:conf: |
