The dance music industry has made it very clear that there is no room for homophobia within its modern agenda. Marijus Adomaitis, known for his Ten Walls moniker and global hit ‘Walking With Elephants’ has today been dropped from a handful of European festival duties, including Creamfields, Sonar and Pitch Festival, following an online tirade that saw the Lithuanian producer compare homosexuals to pedophiles and reduce the LGBT community to that of a ‘different breed’.
Adomaitis subsequently took to Facebook in an attempt to apologize for his homophobic outburst.
